William Collins
Owner & CEO
William Collins serves as Owner and CEO of Legacy Development, leading the company’s growth, investment strategy, and continued development.
Prior to his leadership at Legacy, William spent six years with MW Collins Inc. in financial management and company leadership roles, building experience across finance, management, technology systems, and business operations. After joining Legacy, William purchased majority ownership of the company in late 2025 and now leads its vision for thoughtful hospitality development throughout the Southeast.
Mike Collins
Co-Owner
Mike Collins is an entrepreneur and longtime business owner whose experience spans construction, transportation, agriculture, and hospitality-related ventures.
After founding MW Collins Inc. in 2005, Mike went on to build and lead additional businesses, including MW Transport, Collins Family Farm, and The Barn at Collins Family Farm. In 2024, he founded Legacy Development, laying the foundation for the company’s continued growth and its focus on creating long-term value through development.
